• Packages are shipped first class and can take 2-3 business days. (Please allow extra time during particularly busy times of the year) 

• You will be provided a tracking number to follow your packages and arrange deliveries best fit for you.
• Please be aware that once your package leaves Crafted By Gigi, we are NOT responsible for any delays or issues with your order. That is down to the couriers. Please refer to our Refunds Policy if an issue does arise.
