Q: How do I know how long an order might take?

A: Our current turn around from making your order to shipping is around 2 days. Once ordered, you'll be emailed when your order has been shipped. Please refer to the shipping info page to find out more.

Q: How do I know which size is right?

A:We stock sizes S to XL Unisex and advise to stick to your usual size or size up for a more oversized fit.

Q: Can I order multiple sizes of one product?

A: Yes! and you can send the extras back for a refund BUT the returned items must be in unworn and as ordered quality or else you will NOT be refunded. 

Q: I ordered the wrong size, what now?

A: No worries! we can refund you so you can purchase your right size. Just reach out to us for a return and send it our way!

Q: My order is wrong/ defective, what now?

A: If your order came and it's the wrong size from what you ordered, wrong colour or even has can issue with the print, No worries! Once you have reported a problem by emailing us at everroseandco.shop@gmail.com we can sort out a replacement for you. 

Q: Where do you ship?

A: Currently we are only selling and shipping inside the UK and you cannot order outside the UK. There are signs around the site letting you know this!
